Droplets 

Tiny droplets of the water are sinking underneath my feet

Turning into clouds and then to rainbows and repeat.

Some are made of tears of children butterflies escaped their palms.

Some belong to nomads who could never find a home.

Then some of them turn to seeds.

A few of them become trees,

giving us shade when we're afraid of the sun.

Sometimes it's all we need,

a place of our own to breathe,

not being afraid not owing anyone.

Because this world is crazy enough,

to be hiding out from ourselves.

With voices calling, the ceiling's falling, the walls are tumbling down.

Your knees are shaking, your heart is breaking as we turn to dust.

Once I heard a story of a giant who felt really small,

walked around the streets not seeing anything at all.

Then these tiny droplets of the water made him realize

what goes up must come back down regardless of its size.

Then he came down on he's knees,

in front of the birds and trees,

and started to see the world in a different way.

Surrounded by so much light,

he knew that it must be right,

and from this day on he had a song in his heart.

Because this world is crazy enough,

to be hiding out from ourselves.

With voices calling, the ceiling's falling, the walls are tumbling down.

Your knees are shaking; your heart is breaking as we turn to dust…

So are you a giant,

are you a ghost?

Are you the best,

do you think you're the worst?

Do you speak in silence,

do you scream out loud,

all the things that are running again and again in you're mind…

Because this world is crazy enough,
